Tracy most recently held positions with responsibility for a public school district's safety and emergency planning. Tracy regularly presents at conferences and is recognized for his initiatives supporting school safety, including authoring Emergency Operation Plans, securing school safety grant and project funding, conducting staff training, and conducting facility safety and security risk assessments. Tracy is a certified A.L.I.C.E. Trainer.

Deborah Turley
Deborah worked in public education for 26 years and was a part of the emergency preparedness team for more than 10 years. She has participated in A.L.I.C.E. , Stop the Bleed , PREPaRE and Crisis Prevention Intervention. Deborah has created and updated Emergency Operations Plans, written safety grants and created safety resources for both classroom and extracurricular school activities.
